Advantage Technical is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technician to support corporate fleet and engineering operations for a leading global automotive OEM in Auburn Hills, MI. If you have deep dealership diagnostic experience and want to work alongside engineering and quality teams on real vehicle investigations - this is your role.
What You'll Do (Job Duties)
Diagnose and repair corporate fleet vehicles; perform scheduled maintenance
Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to root cause vehicle concerns
Support teardowns, warranty repairs, and reliability audits
Assist engineering studies across Fast Feedback, Safety Office, Executive Garage, and related groups
Document findings and collaborate with PQRC Engineers on corrective actions
What You Bring (Requirements and Qualifications)
ASE Certification and/or State Automotive License required
5+ years of Chrysler/Stellantis dealership technician experience strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid Driver's License; basic computer proficiency
HS diploma or equivalent
