Projected Hourly Pay Range: $37.13 - $37.88 per hour

What You'll Do in This Role
Mail Services Responsibilities
Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail functions, including USPS, courier, and interoffice deliveries
Support daily and weekly mail deliveries to 16 local sites and oversee pick-ups from 4 post offices
Monitor USPS postage accounts, recall mail, and PO Box payments
Manage and schedule maintenance for two company vehicles assigned to the mailroom
Ensure compliance with postal regulations and internal policies
Oversee mailroom equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
Support bulk mailings and specialty delivery requests
Print Services Responsibilities
Supervise print production, including copying, scanning, and finishing services
Manage departmental print requests and ensure timely, high-quality output
Oversee leased print equipment contracts and maintenance schedules
Coordinate large-scale or specialty print jobs with external vendors
Monitor and update the online print shop ordering page to maintain competitive service options
Supervisory & Administrative Duties
Supervise union-represented employees, ensuring adherence to work rules, schedules, and performance standards
Manage timekeeping, attendance, and payroll inputs for assigned team members
Conduct training, team meetings, and performance evaluations
Address employee concerns and escalate issues appropriately under labor agreements
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree required (business-related field preferred)
3-5 years of experience in mailroom, print services, or related operations
Experience supervising union-represented employees strongly preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications
Preferred Skills
Digital print production or graphic design experience
Familiarity with timekeeping systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of sustainability practices in print and mail operations
