Work Arrangement: 100% on-site
Pay Rate: $46.06 per hour

Daily Tasks
Support and improve assembly and machining controls architectures across automated manufacturing systems
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Siemens PLC, CNC, and motion control systems
Diagnose and resolve automation issues involving PLCs, CNCs, robotics, vision systems, and integrated equipment
Collaborate on machining cell integration, including CNC controls, gantries, RFID systems, and auxiliary equipment
Interpret and modify core controls specifications from early cost studies through launch
Design, read, and update electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Apply international electrical and safety standards while supporting risk assessments and integrated safety processes
Work with manufacturing IT and standard footprint applications to support plant systems and data flow
Contribute to program delivery milestones, ensuring controls readiness and launch success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering experience
Strong foundation in controls engineering with the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems
Hands-on experience with PLC and/or CNC controls in assembly or machining environments
Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and system integration
Ability to read and develop electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints
Understanding of communication networks and fieldbus protocols
Familiarity with international electrical and safety standards (UL, ISO, IEC)
Strong programming, technical writing, and program management skills
