We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly professional Business Coordinator. This pivotal role requires discretion, superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities across multiple time zones.
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite 4 days/week)
Pay: $27.93/hr.
Travel: None required

Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meeting agendas, and conference calls for global leadership.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations for heavy travel schedules.
Plan and organize meetings, events, and leadership offsites with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
Interface with suppliers and external parties to schedule operational and strategic meetings.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
Be available on-call to support executives while traveling, using electronic communication tools.
Assist with facilities coordination, including seating arrangements and suite management.
Manage office supply requests and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a global organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with strong attention to detail.
Availability to support executives outside standard business hours as needed.
