General Laborer - 2nd Shift Part Time (100% Tuition Reimbursement)

Position Summary:
The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion in students, faculty, and staff.
An employee classified as a General Laborer will perform cleaning and sanitation work throughout the college facilities, including off-campus centers. Duties involve operating necessary equipment and properly using college-approved cleaning products to maintain areas such as classrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, elevators, offices, labs, lobbies, corridors, cafeterias, and utility spaces.
The role includes cleaning various building materials (walls, ceilings, floors, windows, vents, doorways, furniture), performing tasks such as dusting, mopping, buffing, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal. The General Laborer will also maintain custodial equipment, stock supplies, assist with event setup, report broken items, and ensure a safe working environment. Assignments may vary under supervision.

Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

Must be able to pass a physical examination.

Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
