Responsibilities

• Provide quality barbering and/or cosmetology services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, styling, and other licensed services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage appointments and scheduling professionally.
• Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
• Promote services and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a current Michigan Barber License or Michigan Cosmetology License.
• Must maintain all required state licensing requirements.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Established clientele is a plus but not necessary.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
