Location: Dearborn, MI
Pay Rate: $46.06/hour
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (4 days onsite Monday-Thursday)
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of Systems Engineering experience
3+ years of Software Engineering experience
Experience with embedded systems, electrical architectures, and software development
Knowledge of Python, C++, cloud integration, and system design
Experience developing and launching complex technical products or features
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Job Duties:
Design and develop advanced connected systems, embedded software, and vehicle feature technologies
Architect electrical, software, and cloud-based solutions from concept through launch
Create system requirements, specifications, verification plans, and technical documentation
Collaborate with software, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud, and product teams
Support integration, testing, validation, and deployment of complex systems
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-level issues
Analyze system performance and implement continuous improvements
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards
Drive innovation through emerging technologies and advanced engineering practices
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to work in a professional office and technical development environment
Ability to sit, stand, and operate a computer for extended periods
Occasional travel or cross-functional collaboration may be required
