Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
Experience with SQL database management and data analysis
Knowledge of web application development and support
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Alteryx, and Qlik
Strong understanding of software maintenance and system administration
Familiarity with IT security best practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Job Duties
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and data solutions
Manage reporting tools, dashboards, and key performance metrics
Support global users and business partners
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and operational controls
Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
Adapt systems and processes to evolving technology requirements

Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
Ability to analyze detailed information and manage multiple priorities
