Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $73.83/hour

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of automotive engineering experience
Experience with automatic transmission development and validation
Proficiency with ETAS INCA, Vector CANalyzer, or similar data acquisition and calibration tools
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical reporting skills
Job Duties:
Lead transmission development, testing, and validation activities
Create test plans, schedules, and supporting documentation
Support test cell setup, instrumentation, and validation execution
Analyze test data and generate detailed validation reports
Investigate test failures and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, calibration, thermal, engine, and hardware groups
Conduct post-test inspections and document results
Manage multiple engineering projects and deadlines
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to work in engineering labs, test cells, and office environments
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of testing equipment as needed
