Land Development Project Manager
Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000+ annually, based on experience, plus bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule Available (3 days in office after probation)
A growing engineering and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead civil engineering and site development projects from planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with strong project management, client relationship, and leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Manage land development and civil site design projects
Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and project teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development, proposals, and project presentations
Coordinate project staffing and workload planning
Participate in networking and industry events
Recruit, develop, and coach team members
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
5+ years of land development project experience (10+ years preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness to attend client meetings and project site visits
