Position Summary
Advance ABA Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure ABA services are aligned with client needs and treatment goals.
The BCBA is responsible for guiding ABA programming, supporting Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, communicating with families and staff, monitoring client progress, and maintaining service quality.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement program goals, objectives, treatment plans, personnel needs, resources, and equipment.

Provide clinical direction and oversight to staff members.

Maintain responsibility for assigned client caseload and corresponding therapy team.

Ensure services are focused on the client’s treatment needs and service requests.

Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities.

Provide staff management, including onboarding, hiring, training, supervision, and performance management.

Review and discuss client caseloads with designated case managers when applicable.

Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.

Provide feedback, coaching, and supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

Support compliance with company policies, ethical standards, documentation requirements, and service quality expectations.
Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required.

Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, social work, or a related field preferred or required based on credential standards.

Experience developing, implementing, and supervising ABA programs preferred.

Experience supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate with families, schools, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

Must follow ethical, confidentiality, safety, and mandated reporting requirements.

Reliable transportation may be required depending on service setting.

Must be able to complete required onboarding and employment screenings.
