Position Summary:
- Under the supervision of the Bingo Senior Manager, supervise the tactical daily operations of the Bingo Department on any assigned shift.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient operation of bingo floor activities by scheduling and assigning duties to floor personnel based on business volume.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Bingo Department in the absence of the Bingo Senior Manager.
- Submit time and attendance documentation to appropriate personnel; instruct staff on correct departmental policies and procedures; provide guidance and direction to staff as needed; assist in administrative duties for casino promotions and Title 31 compliance.
- Account for keys and supplies given to the team members on their shift; operate the computer systems (OMNI Bingo System, Kronos, etc.) and utilize systems for researching, verifying, and tracking bingo data reports.
- Receive bingo paper and supply shipments.
- Prepare and submit inventory usage report.
- Maintain high visibility on the bingo floor, supply guests with bingo information, instruct and inform on game participation opportunities, initiate and foster positive guest relations with bingo players, review and resolve guest disputes, respond to players needs, and requests.
- Ensure the integrity of bingo activities by observing floor activities, identifying irregular or suspicious activity, and reporting activity to Bingo Senior Manager, Security, and Surveillance.
- Verify and authorize taxable jackpot payouts, assuring compliance with all Bingo Operations Policies and Procedures, SECR policies and Procedures (Associate Handbook), and all applicable gaming regulations and codes.
- Develop team members and department by hiring qualified personnel, conduct performance appraisals of bingo staff, recommend training or corrective action as needed, and act as an advisor to resolve team member conflicts.
- Collaborate with the manager to create and achieve goals for the department.
- Maximize bingo promotions and events by collaborating with the Bingo Senior Manager to develop new and innovative bingo promotions, implementing approved promotions, and collaborating with Marketing for advertising and monthly bingo programs.
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.

Contacts/Purpose of Contacts:
- Contact with Bingo Management and staff to assure fulfillment of the needs of the business.
- Contact and interaction with guests for the purpose of resolving disputes, elevating our guest service levels, reducing response and service times, etc.
- Contact with various organizational management and supervisory personnel for the benefit of communicating employee needs, guest needs, and offering quality guest service.
- Contact with SCIT Gaming Commission and Compliance regarding the compliance of gaming codes and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have one (1) Year Bingo experience with use of current software and technology OR two (2) Years Supervisory experience in the casino or gaming industry.
- Must be willing to work weekends and all shifts.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position.
Desired Qualifications:
- Associates or higher education degree.
- Bingo experience.
- One year in supervisory experience.
License, Certification, or Special Requirements:
- Native American preference shall apply to all positions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of and use of the current Bingo gaming system.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of public relations and customer service.
- Knowledge of computer utilization in bingo gaming and business operations.
- Knowledge of bingo games.
- Knowledge of cash handling.
- Skill in operating business computers and office machines, including in a Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Skill in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing operational letters and financial reports.
- Skill in supervising, training, and evaluating assigned staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
- Ability to work weekends and all shifts.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer operation.
- Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Use of arms and hands and reaching above shoulder level.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and carry.
- Occasionally lift/push up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Frequent walking and standing in a Bingo Hall/Casino smoking environment and contact with the general public. Constant visual stimulation via neon lights on slot machines, repeatedly changing machine video screens, static or flashing signs throughout the casino, and constant machine and crowd noise. Daily exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
