Physical Demands:
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.
- Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to subdue hostile individuals; good reflexes of the arms and hands in order to draw and shoot firearms quickly and accurately.
- Occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, climb, or crouch.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequent talking and hearing.
- Ability to concentrate on and complete tasks in the presence of distractions.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:
- Normal office and court environment.
- Employee may be exposed to hazardous, uncontrollable and life threatening situations and infectious disease.
- Use and maintain proficiency with a variety of tools, including handguns, batons, and Oleoresin Capsicum spray and Taser.
- Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
- Travel may be required.
