A manufacturing company is looking for hands-on and hardworking General Laborers / Assemblers to join their production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a robust benefits package once hired on permanently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various stages of the assembly process
- Support team members with tasks such as:
- Spot welding using manual welding guns
- Applying adhesives and sealants to designated areas
- Assisting in the installation of closures including doors, hoods, and fenders
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in a physically active, team-based environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working with tools and around machinery
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend shifts
