Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Join our team as a Quality Inspector and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You’ll be the eyes on the line—analyzing data, identifying variances, and helping us continuously improve our production processes in the Press and Assembly departments.
What You’ll Do:

Perform First/Middle/Last Piece inspections to ensure quality at every stage

Evaluate assemblies for weld accuracy and overall integrity

Document quality deviations and support process improvement initiatives

Provide technical data and feedback that helps solve production issues

Maintain daily production records and perform dock audits

Support team leaders and facilitators with accurate, timely reports

Contribute to ongoing improvements using 5S and TPM practices

What You Bring:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
1+ year of manufacturing or quality-related experience preferred
-
Solid understanding of SPC, Microsoft Excel/Word, and basic data entry
-
Familiarity with weld and fastener inspection (a plus)
-
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills
-
Comfortable working both on the floor and in an evaluation lab
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally

Occasional bending, reaching, gripping, and twisting throughout the day
