Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed

About the Opportunity:
A busy and growing manufacturing facility is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Cleaner to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position with long-term potential and access to a robust benefits package upon permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities:

Use air tools to polish and grind down weld spatter on metal parts

Remove excess adhesive and sealant from parts using various cleaning techniques

Ensure parts meet quality and visual standards before moving to the next stage of production

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial cleaning preferred

Comfortable using air tools and working with metal components

Good attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections
-
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as scheduled
