THE EMPLOYER WILL USE A SINGLE WORKWEEK AS IT'S STANDARD COMPUTING WAGES DUE. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with head housekeeper. Assist with deep cleaning projects such as washing the floors, wiping down beds and furniture with rags and cleaning products and/or assist with housekeeping staff. Routinely perform all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction. Inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest room supplies, equipment, linens and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction. Maintain cleaning product inventory and linens. Ensure that all equipment is in working order: such as vacuums, carts, etc. Must be able to push up to 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for several hours and be able to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, or kneel. 04/01/24-12/15/24. RATE OF PAY IS $16.00-$18.00 & $24.00-$27.00 PER HOUR OVERTIME. PAY RATES ARE BASED ON PERFORMANCE. DAYS VARY MONDAY-SUNDAY. 40 HOURS/WEEK. ROTATING SHIFTS 8AM-8PM. MAY GET UP TO 10 HOURS/WEEK OVERTIME WHEN AVAILALBE. H-2B WORKERS WILL BE REIMBURSED IN THE FIRST WORKWEEK FOR ALL VISA, VISA PROCESSING, BORDER CROSSING, AND OTHER RELATED FEES, INCLUDING THOSE MANDATED BY THE GOVERNMENT (EXCLUDING PASSPORT FEES). TRANSPORTATION (INCLUDING MEALS AND, TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY, LODGING), TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE PROVIDED, OR ITS COST TO WORKERS REIMBURSED, IF THE WORKER COMPLETES HALF OF THE EMPLOYMENT PERIOD. EMPLOYER AGREES TO REIMBURSE INBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES (SUBSISTENCE IS $15.46 PER DAY MINIMUM, WITHOUT RECEIPTS, TO A MAXIMUM OF $59 PER DAY, WITH RECEIPTS) FROM THE PLACE FROM WHICH THE WORKER HAS COME TO WORK FOR THE EMPLOYER, WHETHER IN THE US OR ABROAD, TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
