THE EMPLOYER WILL USE A SINGLE WORKWEEK AS IT'S STANDARD COMPUTING WAGES DUE. The guests are to be met in the parking area and assisted with their bags onto a properly stocked golf cart. They are then to be assisted with anything they need through their round of golf and staff is to meet guests at the end of their round and assist them with cleaning of clubs and reloading them into guests’ vehicle. This goal will be completed by greeting each guest, picking up and dropping off equipment, excellent communication skills and organizational skills, timely and friendly service, the anticipation of the needs of our Guests, and a dedication to the Loon Golf Resort Experience. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Welcome and thank each Guest at our facility, Transport guests’ equipment to and from the parking area to its proper location, i.e., golf car, warm-up area facility, etc., Check, label and load equipment onto the proper golf car, Direct/escort guests to an appropriate area, i.e., golf car, golf shop, warm-up areas, etc, Clean guests’ equipment, Checking that the guests’ have removed all their personal items from the golf cart before leaving property, Assist in providing rental equipment for our guests, Assist with the operation in any manner or situation necessary to create a proactive environment, Provide fully stocked and immaculately cleaned golf cars for
each guest, Assist First Tee Host, Course Hosts, and other team members when necessary, Keep the daily supervisor and Golf Shop informed as to any potential challenges and
opportunities, Maintain a clean working environment at all times, Take golf cars to the cleaning area from the staging area, Remove all trash from vehicles and return any lost or misplaced items immediately to the Golf Shop, Wash carts thoroughly with the pressure washer, Wipe dry with towel, Restock cars with tees, pencils, scorecards and sand/seed mix, Park cars and properly install charging device, Detail cars when required, Maintain a clean working environment at all times, Assist with the operation in any manner or situation necessary, helping to create a proactive environment, Remove any stains from the body, tires, or seats of the golf cars, Keep constant supply of cleaned, filled sand and seed bottles. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. 4 workers needed. 4/1/25-11/1/25. Days vary Monday-Sunday. 40 hours/week. 7am-6pm. May get up to 10 hours/week vertime when available. Must work weekends & holidays. Pay rate is $17.00-$20.00 per hour & $25.50-$30.00 per hour overtime based on performance.

THE EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE WORKERS AT NO CHARGE ALL TOOLS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB. H-2B WORKERS WILL BE REIMBURSED IN THE FIRST WORKWEEK FOR ALL VISA, VISA PROCESSING, BORDER CROSSING, AND OTHER RELATED FEES, INCLUDING THOSE MANDATED BY THE GOVERNMENT (EXCLUDING PASSPORT FEES). TRANSPORTATION (INCLUDING MEALS AND, TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY, LODGING), TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE PROVIDED, OR ITS COST TO WORKERS REIMBURSED, IF THE WORKER COMPLETES HALF OF THE EMPLOYMENT PERIOD. EMPLOYER AGREES TO REIMBURSE INBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES (SUBSISTENCE IS $15.88 PER DAY MINIMUM, WITHOUT RECEIPTS, TO A MAXIMUM OF $59 PER DAY, WITH RECEIPTS) FROM THE PLACE FROM WHICH THE WORKER HAS COME TO WORK FOR THE EMPLOYER, WHETHER IN THE US OR ABROAD, TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
