Sales Representative’s at Amigo strive to Improve Lives Through Mobility® by providing customizable mobility equipment to customers in Michigan. Since 1986, Amigo Mobility Center has been the longest standing durable medical equipment provider in the United States.
With a customized, one-on-one training approach, the right candidate does not need any previous sales experience only a strong desire for sales, the determination to learn our products, and a passion for helping people retain/regain their mobility.
Job Duties:
- Generate sales of Amigos, power-wheel chairs, and durable medical equipment
- Establish and maintain business relationships with providers, facilities, and all referral sources
- Work directly with the Store Manager and team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Assist service technicians with troubleshooting and repairs of related medical equipment
- Prepare invoices for sale
- Address customer concerns via direct contact or phone
- Perform in home sales calls
- Assist in POV vehicle lift demonstrations
- Order and process parts for production
- Able to explain and demonstrate the proper usage and adjustment of the equipment
Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
- Demonstrates well rounded communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently, efficiently, with the ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented, accurate, and possess general office knowledge
- Valid Driver’s license and clean record required
