We are looking for a dynamic leader to foster growth and development with our engineering team and help drive success.
Job Duties:
- Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
- Provide support and guidance with projects, new product developments, and product life cycle.
- Develop, mentor and support engineering team in department and career goal achievement.
- Lead the team that develops experimental and prototype products.
- Manage testing and formalize test documentation.
- Match components design and function to supplier and manufacturing process capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise to various areas of the organization in a collaborative manner.
- Provide system expertise and propose modifications for improvement.
Knowledge and Skills Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related business discipline
- Working knowledge of budgets, project management, and business plan design
- Experience in engineering software and applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
