Seasonal (Summer) Positions
Isabella County Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for the following seasonal positions:
PARK MANAGER: $13.97 - $18.45 /hour
Responsible for the onsite management at a designated park supervising and working with park staff performing routine maintenance and projects, responsible for business tasks, as well as providing support to park guests. This position works under the direct supervision of the Parks Supervisor or other Park Supervisory Staff.
PARK RANGER: $10.73 - $16.25 /hour
Performs routine maintenance and developmental tasks within a particular park site. Duties may result in exposure to inclement weather. This position works under the direct supervision of the Park Manager or other Park Supervisory Staff.
NIGHT RANGER: $12.33 - $16.25 /hour
(shifts are from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.)
Performs routine maintenance and developmental tasks within a particular park site. Duties may result in exposure to inclement weather. This position works under the direct supervision of the Park Manager or other Park Supervisory Staff.
GATE ATTENDANT: $10.73 - $16.25 /hour
Performs routine business tasks at a park gatehouse. Assists with light maintenance duties. This position woks under the direct supervision of the Park Manager or other Park Supervisory Staff.
MOWING/GROUNDSKEEPER: $10.73 - $16.25 /hour
Maintains the grounds of the designated County Buildings by mowing, trimming and landscaping. This position works under the direct supervision of the Parks Supervisor or other Park Supervisory Staff.
Seasonal employment begins in May and continues through Labor Day.
