Reports To: Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, drive a Forklift, Great Work Ethic, be able to follow a Verbal or Written lineup, and Work as a Team or individually.
- Program & operate robotic welders, operate MIG and TIG welders, belt sander, grinders (pedestal, air), and Saws
- Able to maintain a work area that is clean and organized
- Follow and adhere to ISO 9001:2015 Standards and Procedures

- Setup and program robots
- Maintaining and troubleshooting welding robots
- Assisting in integration, start-up, and debugging of plant floor welding equipment, including weld controls, MIG welding robots
- Create robotic welding programs and modify existing ones
- Setting up fixtures, assisting in designing fixture concepts
- Bolting, clamping, and tack welding parts to secure position for welding
- Implementing robotic welding for production
- Setting up the robot for a specific welding job
- Operate/observe robots to detect malfunctions or nonconformance
- Optimize robotic welding parameters
- Perform excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Monitoring the robot to ensure that it is working properly
- Fabricating metal products by joining together component parts of steel, brass, aluminum, stainless steel
- Operating robotic welder machines safely
- Follow specification documents to ensure you weld products correctly and document them on I.P.I.’s
- Welding aluminum, stainless steel, and regular steel
- Hand-welding MIG/ TIG as needed
- Bolting, clamping, and tack welding parts to secure position for welding
- Check completed parts to ensure compliance with required standards
Run production parts as needed
