Reports To: Laser Manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, drive a Forklift, Great work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or written line up, Work as a Team or individually.

- Make sure all paperwork is with the job and filled out correctly. (Travelers, job sheets, IPIs)
- Generate programs offline and on the machine.
- Make edits to programs as required.
- Work with the Quality Dept. to achieve buyoff.
- Run all parts efficiently, consistently & burr free.
- Keep an accurate count of parts run.
- Perform in-process checks to ensure quality.
- Debur parts as required while the machine is cutting.
- Help manage & maintain machine consumables inventory.
- Basic maintenance of the laser.
- Clean lenses Daily.
- Follow all Safety Protocols.
- Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Have basic knowledge of qualifying, fixturing, band saws, grinders, & welders.
- Weld Fixture
- Responsible for filling out proper paperwork to support the job.
- Complete detailed setup sheet along with supporting pictures of the setups.
