Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay: Up to $39.68/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM
We are seeking a highly experienced Master Technician to join a leading automotive team in Auburn Hills, MI. This is Stellantis' highest-level technician classification and is intended for seasoned professionals with extensive dealership experience and advanced diagnostic expertise. This is not an entry-level opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on Stellantis vehicles
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and software
Complete detailed inspections, quality control checks, and repair documentation
Mentor and support fellow technicians with technical guidance
Follow manufacturer procedures, safety standards, and repair specifications
Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to service advisors
Qualifications
Master ASE Certification required
10+ years of automotive technician experience
Extensive dealership experience required
Strong electrical, diagnostic, and computer troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license
Must supply personal tools
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Chrysler dealership training
Prior Chrysler/Stellantis vehicle experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
