Warranty Prior Approval Analyst
Pay: Up to $25.00 per Hour
We're hiring a Warranty Prior Approval Analyst for a temporary opportunity supporting automotive warranty operations. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive repair, diagnostics, service advisor, or warranty administration experience who enjoy problem-solving, analyzing repair information, and working directly with dealership service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate warranty prior approval requests for vehicle interior and exterior repairs
Communicate with dealership service managers, service advisors, and technicians via phone and online systems
Provide accurate, timely, and professional guidance on warranty coverage and repair authorization decisions
Research technical repair information and assist in resolving dealer concerns
Prepare and distribute service communications and documentation
Ensure all warranty determinations comply with established warranty policies and procedures
Maintain detailed records and provide exceptional customer support to dealership personnel
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Hands-on automotive diagnostic and repair experience preferred
Service writer, service advisor, warranty administration, or dealership experience preferred
ASE Certifications strongly preferred
Strong computer, data entry, and written communication skills
Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions based on policy guidelines
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
