The role involves a variety of outdoor landscaping tasks, including fencing installation, shoveling, raking, constructing retaining walls, and operating heavy equipment. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, strong creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication to ensure smooth project completion.

Experience operating heavy equipment is highly valued and will enhance your suitability for this position. However, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are equally important.
