Position Overview
Primary responsibilities include developing and executing functional and integration test plans for all components owned by the Software Platform group.
- Automated test execution is a critical component of coverage
- Requires working knowledge of Python scripting
- Candidate will work within a high-performing team environment

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to:
- Design test plans
- Develop test setups for multi-domain software solutions
- Develop test automation
- Perform test failure analysis
- Conduct test coverage analysis
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Engineering
- or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in software testing on:
- Embedded systems
- Mobile platforms
- Consumer electronics
- Experience with test automation in Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing embedded operating systems using:
- Python
- Slash
- FordSIM (ECU model)
- Automotive testing experience
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Experience using JIRA
- Strong soft skills:
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Additional tools/technologies:
