- Stock and prep all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service begins.
- Cook menu items using grills, fryers, sautéeing pans, and ovens according to exact recipes and temperatures.
- Assemble and garnish dishes so they match the restaurant's visual and quality standards.
- Keep the workspace clean, sanitize surfaces, and follow proper food storage, labeling, and dating guidelines. Coordinate smoothly with servers, expeditors, and other station cooks during busy service hours.
- Check stock levels, rotate products, and notify management of shortages.
