Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or clients’ needs promptly and professionally
• Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks, including scheduling and coordinating cleaning staff when applicable

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with laundry services and janitorial responsibilities preferred
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is a plus
• Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
