Support the integration activities with business unites and other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts; works with the business to ensure project schedules are properly estimated and controlled; responsible for team member staffing and selection; Develops and maintains a technology roadmap that supports business objectives; Assess project viability and recommends strategies and tactics to satisfy customer needs; Provides direction to project teams and integrates activities with other IT functions to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
