Meijer Great Lakes Limited Partnership has multiple openings for a Release Train Engineer in Grand Rapids, MI. Provide management and guidance for the Agile Release Train (ART) relating to utilization of Agile practices and ensure successful execution of Program Objectives. Driving delivery of train value and reporting on the value achieved. Provide broad oversight to ART capacity, budgets, and costs to ensure valuation optimization including tracking, reporting, and communication to leadership. Schedule and facilitate key train ceremonies including Pre- and Post- Program Increment (PI) planning, PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART Sync meetings. Aggregate ART teams’ objectives into Program PI Objectives. Provide Agile coaching to all members of the ART, as needed, to ensure proper program execution and program/feature grooming, including guidance on work breakdown for user stories, prioritization, estimation of work, evaluation of team velocity, decision-making, resourcing, removing impediments, and ultimately, delivery of value. Assess the Scaled Agile maturity of the team and coach the team to attain higher levels of maturity. Remote work is permitted. Req: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. Foreign equivalent is accepted. 10 Year experience in information technology. Blue Yonder SCPO with minimum 5 years of experience. Blue Yonder Merchandise Operations with minimum 2 years of experience. Category Knowledge Base Version 2018.1 and above with minimum 5 years of experience. Luminate Demand Edge with minimum 2 years of experience. Bizlink version 4.0.0.2 with minimum 5 years of experience. Warehouse Management tools such as PKMS, Red Prairie with minimum 5 years of experience. Experience performing the Scrum Master role for a minimum of five years.
