Education Coach - Northern Michigan Sites
Duties/Responsibilities:
Adhere to all relevant regulations, including Head Start Program Performance Standards, the Head Start Act, State of Michigan Child Care Licensing Rules, Early Childhood Standards of Quality, and the Northern Michigan Community Action Agency (NMCAA) policies.
Facilitate group activities and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals, using research-based methods and curriculum assessments for planning.
Maintain proficiency in web-based platforms, video tools, Zoom, and SWIVL for communication and instructional purposes.
Contribute to setting and achieving program goals, ensuring ongoing progress.
Recruit eligible children and families to ensure full classroom enrollment, track attendance, and meet enrollment targets.
