Meals on Wheels Program Specialist - Cadillac
The Meal on Wheels Program Specialist – Cadillac supports the Senior Nutrition department in
Wexford/Missaukee counties by handling client service, administrative, and financial tasks as well as
assisting with meal preparation and meal delivery as needed. Responsibilities include managing inquiries
from home–delivered clients, supporting Congregate luncheon sites, processing payables and deposits,
assisting in kitchen with meal preparation as needed, and serving as back-up driver for home-delivered
and congregate clients. The specialist also supports compliance with program standards and
requirements, provides support for fundraising and community outreach efforts,
and assists the broader Senior Nutrition department as needed.
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience working with the public, in a related field, or with the senior population is preferred.
Full-time, year round. $20.41 per hour.
