We are expanding our behavioral health team and seeking a licensed clinician who brings heart, expertise, and a commitment to high-quality care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand behavioral needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies across settings — from clinical environments to community-based programs.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Provide supportive child and family counseling to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.
- Offer telehealth services to increase accessibility and continuity of care.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of progress, outcomes, and treatment adjustments.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
What You Bring
- A valid clinical license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience working with children, youth, and families in behavioral therapy settings.
- Strong case management and patient-care coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CBT; familiarity with Motivational Interviewing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
