UP Propane is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Plant Manager to oversee daily operations, propane deliveries, tank sets, and routine vehicle and equipment maintenance. This is a full-time position with rotating on-call weekends.

The Plant Manager ensures smooth plant operations, safe propane handling, and strong customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities

Plant operations — Manage daily workflow, inventory, and safety compliance.

Propane deliveries — Deliver propane safely to residential and commercial customers.

Tank sets — Install, maintain, and troubleshoot propane tanks and regulators.

Vehicle and equipment maintenance — Perform routine inspections and basic repairs on company vehicles and equipment.

Customer service — Provide professional, friendly service to all customers.

On-call rotation — Respond to after-hours service needs during assigned weekends.
Qualifications

CDL with HazMat endorsement

Experience in propane, fuel delivery, or related industry preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $40,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience
