Mo’s Pub is looking for a friendly, outgoing Host/Hostess to be the first impression our guests receive. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to meet you. No experience is required. We can teach the job, but a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.
- Manage seating charts and waitlists.
- Communicate wait times accurately.
- Answer phones and assist with guest questions.
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized host area.
- Assist with table resets and other team needs during busy periods.
- Ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience.
