Gogebic Community College is seeking candidates for adjunct faculty positions to serve in clinical locations in the Houghton, Hancock, and Baraga areas.
Clinicals are held at various regional clinical sites. Shifts and days vary by location, and the department takes into consideration the adjunct's current work schedule. Classes begin August 31, 2026.
This position reports to the Director of Allied Health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee students performing patient care while at clinical rotations.
- Assist students in developing clinical reasoning skills – help them learn to think like a nurse.
- Complete clinical evaluation forms.
- Keep students informed regarding course requirements, evaluation measures, and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Master's preferred.
