Key Responsibilities:
Lead deployment of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and connected worker solutions
Manage cross-plant project portfolio; deliver on time, on budget, with clear KPIs
Integrate digital tools into Shop Floor Management (SFM), OPE, and daily management systems
Enable real-time performance visibility and predictive capabilities
Lead cross-functional alignment (operations, IT, engineering)
Drive adoption, training, and sustainable standardization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
4+ years in manufacturing and/or digital manufacturing
Strong project management in complex environments
Deep understanding of automotive operations and Lean/TPS/SIS
Preferred Qualifications:
OEM experience
Industry 4.0/analytics
