Position Description
We are currently seeking 3 Material Handlers for a full-time, temporary assignment located in Sandusky, MI (360 Thelma Street). This is a 3-month contract supporting a light industrial environment, with a target start date of June 5, 2026. The role is ideal for candidates with prior material handling experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Schedule & Work Details
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
Overtime: Potential required overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
Assignment Type: Temporary (3 months)

Onsite Requirement: Yes (not a remote role)
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and material movement operations, including:
Loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility, yard, or designated work areas
Reading and interpreting work orders or following verbal instructions to determine material movement needs
Ensuring materials are transported safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Following all site safety protocols and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
Previous material handling experience is required (must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in a similar industrial or warehouse setting)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to safety and organization
Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting and moving materials throughout the shift

Compensation Details
Pay Rate: $16.28/hour (No Overtime rate specified in system)
Bill Rate: $22.39/hour
Markup: 37.50%
No additional expenses or stipends included
