School custodian, janitor - START ASAP!
Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team in the Lake Odessa & Woodland area! We have part-time and on-call opportunities in a school setting with an immediate start.
Part Time Opening:
- Monday-Friday: 6:30pm - 10:30pm *Schedule is subject to change during school break hours. We usually go to a first shift schedule during school breaks.
On-call opening:
- Monday-Friday: filling in for call-ins for 4+ hours between 2:30pm-10pm or helping with special project requests. Occasional weekend work could be required.
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Great attendance!
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check with no prior or pending charges
- Ability to pass a drug test that includes testing for THC
- Willing to submit fingerprints for working in a school environment
- 18 years of age or older with valid drivers license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
