We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to develop and integrate advanced chassis control systems that support vehicle-level performance, safety, and customer experience. This role focuses on systems engineering, requirements development, model-based design, and validation across multiple vehicle domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine chassis control feature and system requirements to meet customer expectations, regulatory standards, and functional safety objectives
Decompose system-level requirements into logical and technology-level requirements across vehicle domains such as motion control, propulsion, and infotainment
Collaborate with Functional Safety engineers to support item definition, hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety concepts in compliance with ISO 26262
Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to evaluate chassis control systems and system interfaces
Create and maintain quality engineering documents including boundary diagrams, FMEAs, P-diagrams, and interface matrices
Develop validation strategies and test cases to ensure system robustness across environmental conditions and real-world usage
Support simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), virtual validation, and vehicle testing activities
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams and suppliers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
4+ years of systems engineering experience, including requirements development, functional decomposition, system integration, and FMEA
Experience with chassis systems such as steering, braking, or suspension preferred
Familiarity with SysML, MBSE tools, Agile development, and functional safety standards
