Ability to work mandatory overtime, including weekends, based on production demand.

Ability to work in a high-noise, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to wear required PPE for the duration of the shift (steel toes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection).

Ability to follow press safety procedures and lockout/tagout rules as trained.

Ability to read gauges, labels, and basic production documentation.

Ability to perform repetitive press operations while maintaining quality standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Ability to complete site-specific safety orientation and training prior to operating equipment.

Willingness to rotate between press, inspection, and support duties as needed.

Prior press, stamping, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment a plus.
