Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our manufacturing team. This position involves welding, fabrication, and fitting on a variety of projects while following safety standards and engineering specifications.
This is a fast-paced environment working on diverse fabrication projects using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Proven welding and fabrication experience
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working in construction or manufacturing environments
- Strong measuring skills using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
- Knowledge of ASME codes and standards
- Must own your own welding hood
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and plasma cutting operations
- Fabricate components from sheet metal, piping, and ductwork
- Fit and assemble fabricated parts accurately
- Operate grinders, drills, saws, and other power tools
- Assist with pipe threading, machining, soldering, and assembly
- Safely move materials using rigging or cranes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all technical instructions to ensure quality standards
