Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accurately sort, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product.
Prepare materials for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and palletizing.
Load and unload trucks using manual material handling equipment (carts, pallet jacks, etc.).
Inspect product for accuracy and quality prior to distribution.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and Recruit Specialized Staffing safety standards .
Follow all warehouse procedures, including attendance, break times, and work flow instructions.
Report any damaged materials, safety concerns, or hazardous conditions to leadership immediately.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move product for full shift (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
Reliable attendance and punctuality per Recruit Specialized Staffing attendance standards .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Must follow all safety requirements and report any onsite injury or near-miss immediately per injury reporting procedures .
Background check required; drug testing may be required based on worksite needs.
Must have proper identification for onboarding and facility entry.

Shift & Schedule

Multiple shift schedules may be available depending on ANC operational needs.
Overtime may be required, including weekends, based on workload and distribution deadlines.
