About the Role
As a CNA with Apex Home Healthcare, you’ll visit clients in their homes to provide personal care, companionship, and support for safe, comfortable daily living.
What This Work Looks Like Day-to-Day

Travel to clients’ homes within the Plymouth/Metro area

Assist clients with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, hair-grooming, toileting and mobility

Provide comfort, emotional support, and friendly companionship

Observe changes in client condition and promptly report to the care team

Maintain a clean, safe environment for clients in their homes

Follow care plans and documentation requirements

Coordinate with nursing staff and home-care team members

Uphold dignity, respect, and compassion with each client
Job Description
Apex Home Healthcare is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our in-home care team. You will work directly with clients in their homes, delivering high-quality support and helping them maintain independence and dignity. Education & Requirements

Valid Michigan CNA Certification

Minimum previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow care plans and perform physical tasks

Ability to pass required background check, drug screening and credential verification
