What This Work Looks Like Day-to-Day

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients in an outpatient private practice setting

• Maintain your own caseload and schedule (minimum 10 clinical hours weekly)

• Complete documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards

• Collaborate with billing and administrative staff who handle claims, insurance verification, and support

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and referral sources

• Work independently while benefiting from strong office support and a collegial clinical team

• Manage ongoing client needs while adhering to ethical and clinical best practices

Job Description

Access Behavioral Associates, LLC is seeking independent contractor clinicians—including LMSWs, LPs, LLPs, LPCs, and LMFTs—to join a well-established private practice clinic. Education & Requirements

• Must hold an active Michigan license (LMSW, LP, LLP, LPC, or LMFT)

• Minimum commitment of 10 clinical hours per week

• Existing caseload or referral relationships beneficial

• Professional liability insurance (typical for independent contractors)
