The Rivers Family of Companies (Rivers Rental & Equipment, Rothbury Hardware, and Oceana Builders Supply) is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to perform essential repairs and maintenance on our vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, variety in their day, and making a real impact across multiple locations.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and keep detailed maintenance records
- Travel between locations to handle on-site equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and service area
- Support team members and assist with operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical repair experience (vehicles, trailers, small engines, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Willing to travel between company sites as part of daily work
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour
