Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and team supervision. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces while leading a team of skilled landscapers. In winter months you will be snowplowing and working on company projects.
Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of landscaping crew members in various tasks related to landscape maintenance and care.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects including garden installations, lawn care, and tree care.
- Build and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and used safely by crew members.
- Train new employees on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and provide feedback to team members to improve efficiency and quality of work.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project expectations and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
