Tri-County Feed Service is a family-owned business that has proudly served our community since 1952.
We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Associate for our Montague store. This position is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some Saturdays required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Proactively engaging customers to understand their needs and suggesting additional items or services that may benefit them.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations on products, particularly those related to animal care, feed, and other store offerings.
- Loading vehicles and helping customers safely transport their purchases.
- Answering phone calls and providing exceptional support.
- Receiving, pricing, and stocking miscellaneous goods, ensuring displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Contributing to a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

- Have strong communication skills, with the confidence to approach customers and offer product suggestions or up sell complementary items.
