Location: Fully Remote Status: Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Docket Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patent records by adding new filings to Pattsywave, updating docket entries, and monitoring USPTO communications and key deadlines. * Document Preparation & Filing: Draft, review, and file essential documentation including Application Data Sheets, Information Disclosure Statements, Assignments, and Inventor Declarations. * Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries with professionalism and clarity. * Foreign Filing Coordination: Work closely with international counsel to manage and support foreign filings and ensure all procedural and jurisdictional requirements are met. * Compliance & Best Practices: Uphold internal and external guidelines, including outside counsel instructions, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in every client interaction.
